Arts Education Programmes approved under the National Arts Council's AEP scheme are available through education arm Good People Music to Ministry of Education (MOE) schools. These programmes aim to cultivate an interest in students from a young age through exposure to show-and-tell format arts performances. 

Felix is one of the two conductors of the Dazhong Primary School Junior Orchestra, a pilot project based on the El Sistema method by the Ministry of Education of Singapore. 

Felix conducts music workshops covering a range of topics including improvisation and composition. Past clients include Dulwich College (Asia), the Singapore National Youth Orchestra, and the National Library Board. Workshop topics can be tailored to the needs and interests of participant groups. Not limited to the confines of formal arts venues, projects are taken into the community via festivals as well as various grassroots efforts to promote the arts. 

Entering its 4th year, the Hummingbird Internship Programme is yearly 9-month private project that trains young writers in composition and life skills to prepare for becoming an independent musician in Singapore. The internship culminates with a debut concert of works produced during the internship period presented by a 6 to 7-piece live band. Interested applicants may write to info{at}hummingbird.sg.
